Return & Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, shapewear and similar undergarments can only be returned if the sealed hygiene packaging has not been opened.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refused Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or

  • Customer refusal of delivery

and it is returned to the sender, the actual shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
